    IU Sample Gates

    Sample Gates, located at the Kirkwood and Indiana Avenue intersection, serves as an entryway for students, visitors, and locals into Indiana University's 1,860-acre campus.

    Bryan Park & Pool

    Located just about 4 blocks from the B-Town Bungalow, this is a perfect spot to take the family! Playgrounds, basketball hoops and even a public pool. Check the park’s schedule for activities and movies in the park throughout the warm months.

    Switchyard Park + Skate Park + Pickle Ball

    Perfect place for famiies and kids of all ages. Take the bikes south on the B-Line trail to one of the newest parks in town. There’s walking trails as well as an indoor and outdoor skate park!

    Bowling & Billiards | IU Union

    Walk on over to the IU Biddle Hotel and Union for all ages fun playing billiards and bowling! In the summer months they’ve been known to have live music outside on the veranda. There’s so much to explore and do at the Union, including snagging some IU merch. Its a must!

    WonderLab

    Science museum dedicated to children, most suitable for elementary school age and younger. Hands on fun for kids! Right off the B-Line trail in downtown. Totally walkable.

    Oliver Winery

    Pack a picnic and enjoy the beautiful outdoors at Oliver Winery. Located on highway 37 just North of Bloomington. Schedule a tasting or purchase a bottle to enjoy on one of the many picnic tables around the pond.

    B-Line Bike Trail

    Paved bike trail running North and South though town. Hop on and ride your bike up to Upland or down to Switchyard Park. There’s so many things to see and do right off this path. Conveniently located near both Hoosier House & the B-Town Bungalow.
